An Energy business involved in the oil and gas industry is immediately seeking highly motivated and experience professional to fill positions:

Process Engineer Sr.

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 10 years of experiences as a process engineer in FEED and/or Detailed Design  of oil & gas processing facilities
• Proficient in utilizing process simulation software:  Aspen HYSIS (mandatory) and Aspen FLARENET, HTRI (preferable)
• Skillful in process equipment selection, sizing and thermal rating
• Capable in generating / developing  PFD, P&ID, SAFE Chart
• Familiar with international code & standards
• Good command in English both written and oral.

 

Process Engineer  Sr. – candidate for Lead Engineer

• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 12 years of experiences as a process engineer in FEED and/or Detailed Design  in oil & gas processing facilities, including experience as Lead Process Engineer in any project or as Lead Process Engineer in corporate at least 2 years.
• Familiar with process simulation software:  Aspen HYSIS, FLARENET, PIPESIM, etc.
• Skillful in process equipment selection, sizing and thermal rating.
• Capable in generating / developing  PFD, P&ID, SAFE Chart
• Having good knowledge in process design engineering  related to oil & gas facilities
• Familiar with international code & standards
• Good command in English both written and oral

 

Mechanical Engineer Sr.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 8 years of experiences as a Mechanical Engineer in FEED and/or Detailed Design  of  oil & gas processing facilities
• Capable of performing strength calculation of mechanical equipment such as pressure vessel/tower, storage tanks and Shell & Tube heat exchanger
• Familiar with Mechanical Engineering software such as PVELITE, COMPRESS, TANK or equivalent
• Having  broad knowledge in both static, rotating and package equipment
• Capable of generating Mechanical Datasheet
• Good knowledge with international code & standards related to mechanical engineering design & construction of Oil & Gas project such as: API, ASME, ASTM, etc.
• Having broad knowledge in material selection.
• Capable of performing vendor evaluation and vendor design review.
• Good command in English both written and oral.

 

Instrument Engineer Sr.

• Bachelor Degree in Physics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experiences as an Instrument Engineer in FEED and/or Detailed Design  of  oil & gas processing facilities
• Having capability in performing sizing calculation and generating datasheet (PSV, Control Valves, Orifice)
• Having  good knowledge in instrumentation and control system
• Having good understanding in code & standards such as: NACE, API, IEC, ASME, ANSI, OSHA, ISO, NEMA.
• Having capability to develop logic diagram, loop diagram.
• Familiar with  F&G detection system
• Familiar with SCADA system
• Capable of performing vendor evaluation and vendor design review.
• Good command in English both written and oral.

 

Pipeline Engineer

• Bachelor  degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experiences as Pipeline Engineer in FEED and/or detailed design of pipeline projects both in offshore & onshore.
• Capable in performing pipeline calculation & analysis such as wall thickness, on-bottom stability, free span analysis, buckling analysis, etc.
• Capable to operate pipeline/engineering software such as CASESAR, AUTOPIPE, MATHCAD.
• Good knowledge with International code & standards related to pipeline engineering design such as ASME, API, DNV.
• Familiar with Government Regulation related to pipeline engineering design and installation.
• Capable in generating datasheet of pipeline system such as: valve, line-pipe, barred tee, induction bend, etc.
• Familiar with alignment sheet drawing development.

 

Civil / Structure Engineer Sr.

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experiences as Civil & Structure Engineer in FEED and/or detailed design of pipeline projects both in offshore & onshore.
• Capable of performing civil & structural calculation  for  equipment and building such as:  foundation calculation,  structural strength calculation
• Capable in utilizing structural software:  STAAD Pro
• Familiar with SACS (for offshore structural - preferable)
• Familiar with government regulation, as well as international code & standard related to civil engineering.

 

Electrical Engineer Sr.

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experiences as Electrical Engineer in FEED and/or detailed design of pipeline projects both in offshore & onshore.
• Having good understanding in code & standards such as: API, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, etc.
• Capable in performing Electrical sizing, calculation and analysis
• Capable in utilizing electrical software such as ETAP
• Capable in developing Single Line diagram
• Capable in preparing Electrical datasheets such as: MCC, UPS, etc.
• Familiar Hazardous Area Classification
• Capable of performing vendor evaluation and vendor design review.
