Qualifications
Essentials:
Bachelor with major Computer Science or Information Technology
Fully working experience and skill 3+ years as Programmer Analyst
Good MS SQL skill (Query, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) for MS SQL 2005 above
Good programming skill for MS Visual Studio 6 and Visual studio .Net (2008 above)
have the good ability to debuging, analyze error system
Excellent communication skills for both internal and external customers / users
Team work priority
Ability to coordination between User, IT Team, Vendor, and other relevant parties
Desirable:        
Has experience as Programmer Analyst in Insurance Company
Knowledge Insurance System / Software
Experience to lead team
Other Requirements:
Good English in communication and writing
