- Finding out what the client or company wants to achieve.
- Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed.
- Drawing up a detailed plan and schedule for how to achieve each stage of the project.
- Selecting and leading a project team.
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.
- Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.
- Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to board of director.
- Managing risk to avoid delays to the project.
- S1 (min D3) degree of Telecommunication or Electro majority.
- Having good telecommunication solution, system and equipment knowledge :
- Radio Microwave
- Radio Point-to-Multi Point
- VSAT/Satellite
- Optical Fiber
- Other Telecommunication
- Min. 3 years work experience in the same position.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Logical thinking with creative problem-solving ability.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work well with others and lead a team.
- Able to speak English both oral and written.
