Responsibilities:
- RNP response in Tender bidding, new project, and new wireless requirement.
- RNP calculation and design (coverage link budget, capacity paper design)
- RNP simulation (Aircom, GSSC)
- Special radio planning (e.g. re-farming)
- RNP in existing sites expansion
- Site survey & engineering parameter planning (e.g. ant height, neighbor cell planning)
- Commissioning parameter planning (OMC)
- Radio network optimization (Coverage opti, quality opti, capacity opti, )
Requirements:
- Worked in the field of wireless RNP and RNO with more than 3 years of experience.
- Good communication skill in Bahasa, and English.
- Good spirit of team work and team communication.
- Active work attitude.
