SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER (SQE) _Cikarang base

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality processes and achievement of the quality goals for specific suppliers
• Responsible for maintaining smooth operations at a materials supplier
• Responsible for investigating, analyzing and correcting problems in quality, production and control at a supplier location.
• Conduct audits and training to supplier, giving approval to products, & determine which suppliers who pass the selection
• Perform audits and implement new strategies.
• Analyze and manage supplier quality issues, verify supplier corrective actions
• Evaluate failures and determine root causes
• Interpret quality data
• Provide guidance  to improve supplier's quality systems

Requirements

• Degree in electrical /mechanical engineering.
• D3 with experience or S1 fresh graduated are welcome.
• Having capability in mechanical drawing is a must.
• Having knowledge about electrical panel and Schneider’s products.
• Having knowledge about production system.
• Possess solid communication and analytical thinking.  
• Adept at identifying and solving problems
• Strong in presentation skills and an excellent statistical analysis ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Good in English’s oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
