Manager, Regional Commerce (Pekan Baru)
Objective:
To perform regional business analysis, based on regional sales performance, regional distributor related KPIs, such as allocation, regional distributor performance, etc., provide business advice based on data analysis to further improve AXIS business in the respective region.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform detail analysis of all sales related KPis data (i.e. reloads, activation, RGS, revenue), close monitoring and tracking of daily sales performance of each key sales operation personnel.
Develop, update and maintain business and competition landscape information of the respective region
Define the strategy and operating plan to meet regional objectives
Develop Performance tracking system of regional team
Develop Performance tracking system of regional distributor
Devise development plan of regional team
Cover Region Central Sumatera (Based Pekan Baru)
Job Requirements:
Min. Education Degree (S1) any major
Experience in managing retail and direct to consumer market
B2B and Telco experience would be an advantage
Preferably from Trade Marketing/ Marketing Communication/ Events management/FMCG
