Executive, In Building Coverage Telecom Implementation

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES :

* Project Coordination among Axis, RAN vendor and DAS provider about the project scope, project timeline, and project quality.
* Reviewing survey report from RAN vendor and or DAS Provider, consist of RF Survey, LOS Survey and CME Engineering Survey.
* Reviewing DAS (Distributed Antennas System) schematic diagram, and provide some suggestion for design improvement.
* Perform In-Building DAS (Distributed Antennas System) acceptance test and measurement, such as: VSWR, Return Loss, Insertion Loss, and Po (output power) measurement.
* Perform Huawei and Ericsson RBS and Transmission acceptance test
* Reviewing Walk Test Report.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

* Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study.

* Minimum 3 years experience in In-Building Coverege using DAS (Distributed Antenna System), Micro/pico BTS, and Repeaters engineering, design, and implementation.
* Having knowledge of Project Management
* Hands on experience in AutoCad, and Mapinfo.
* Hands on experience with Survey tools such as compass, GPS, and also measurement tools such as Site Master, Frequency Scanning, and Power Meter.
* Good understanding of panel ACPDB, KWH, AC and Genset.
* Knowledge of Repeater Specification.
* Good command in written and spoken English.
* Can work under pressure, able to work at mid-night, and willing to travel.
