UNIFIED COMMUNICATION ENGINEER

Main duties :

• Must have deployment experience with Cisco unified communications solutions.
• Prepare design documents, configuration documents and presentations. Clearly describing the design, including rationale for decisions and implications of decisions.
• Conduct design sessions, end user workshops , presentations and trainings
• Experience in delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, rollout and support experience with converged systems.
• Actively participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Unified Communication systems, infrastructure and related hardware for customers.
• Implementing test plans, migration plans & delivery plans.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems.
• Deliver project responsibilities in line with project plan.

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of professional experience
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Cisco Routers.
• Preferably specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
