Engineer of GSM, WCDMA for Network Optimization

Senior (S-GSM)

Responsibility:

• Achieve Target of Quality in the implementation part of network optimization;
• Complete the testing and evaluation of network performance, design and implement, ensure that meet the requirements;
• Complete the preparation of technical exchanges and programs, provision and examination;

Requirements:

• Communications, radio and other related professionals;
• At least 3 years experience in online planning and optimization and project experience, familiar with the principles of mobile communication equipment and technical standards; familiar HuaWei / ZTE / Ericsson /Nokia system optimization (at least 1)
• Have a good network optimization experience in engineering, engaged in work related to network optimization, understanding the wireless parameters, familiar with a system or more signaling processes;
• mastering EXCEL, ACCESS and other data, able to do the various statistical reports for statistical analysis;
• Proactive, responsible, willing to travel throughout Indonesia; spoken English and good writing skills.

Middle (M-GSM)

Responsibility:

• Achieve Target of Quality in the implementation part of network optimization;
• Complete the testing and implementation of network performance, ensure that meet the requirements;

Requirements:

• Communications, radio and other related professionals;
• At least 2 years experience in online planning and optimization and project experience, familiar with the device of GSM, WCDMA network equipment and technical standards.
• Able to operate any devices of GSM, WCDMA network infrastructure database, traffic statistics, alarms, data analysis and information processing capabilities;
• Could perform a variety of reports related to network optimization;
• Familiar with Huawei, ZTE and wireless equipment manufacturers parameter optimization; or Nokia GSM equipment manufacturers of wireless parameter optimization, ZTE and Huawei WCDMA wireless device parameter optimization;
• Able to do the DT test analysis found that the network problems and propose solutions; Proficient of optimization software and related software, GSM, WCDMA test instruments and test analysis software.
• Proactive, responsible, willing to travel throughout Indonesia; spoken English and good writing skills.

Junior (J-GSM)

Responsibility:

• Complete the project manager and technical director of the scheduled tasks;
• Complete the testing and evaluation of network performance and ensure network performance conditions meet the requirements;

Requirements:

• Communications, radio and other related professionals;
• At least 1 years experience in online planning and optimization and project experience, (outstanding recent college graduates, can no experience), familiar with the GSM, WCDMA network planning and optimization of the theory of knowledge
• Can skillfully complete the DT test analysis, application software and related manufacturers to optimize the analysis software; will use GSM, WCDMA test instruments and test analysis software.
• understand the KPI indicators GSM network analysis and optimization tools, network planning, neighborhood planning and master data extraction system back then, analyze and submit corrective recommendations;
• Proactive, responsible, willing to travel throughout Indonesia; spoken English, good writing skills.
