PLO Engineer

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Graduated from S1/D3 in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
• Min 1-2 years experience as PLO Engineer 2G/3G with NOKIA / SIEMENS System
• Ability to analyze of frequency changes
• Ability to analyze and change database parameter for new sites, and expand the quality of network to achieve KPI target SD-Drop, TCH-Drop, Blocking
• Analyze and optimize log file DT with TEMS
• Make report of KPI target achieved, KPI Monitoring
• LAC & SDCCH Planning
• preparing FAC data representing PAC to customer
• Work location Sumatera Area
