In cooperation with a multinational company in Telecommunication Industry, PT. Dian Graha Elektrika is looking for candidates to join our team who will be assigned in our client projects as :

2G PLO Engineer

Requirement:

1. Having minimum 5 year experience as 2G PLO Engineer

2. At least 2 - 3 years of exp on NOKIA system (T-Sel project exp will be better)

3. ND reports, NOKIA BSS parameter knowledge

4. Advanced levels of skills of KPI optimization in the network (like BSS parameters skills, GPRS/EDGE knowledge etc)

5. Swap exp will be beneficial

6. Analysis for radio Parameter such us Signal strength (RxLevel, RxQual and SQI).

7. Scan TRX and Interference if needed.

8. Analysis check Log file, make plan schedule drive tester.

9. Daily Network Healt Monitoring and accordingly taking action on key performance indicator parameter (e.g. DCR, CSSR, CSR, SDSR, HOSR) to meet the network benchmarks.

10. Relevant experience on Nokia BTS for optimization

11. Work location in Makasar

12. Strong interpersonal skill, team player, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision

13. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
