Service Support Engineer – Laser Printer product (Indonesia-based)
Responsibilities :
- Manage & supervise service channel partners/relationships
- Primary interface with service providers on technical enquiries, resolves technical issues and as focal contact to disseminate product information
- Perform & develop robust processes to provide excellent technical support
- Organize and deliver technical service/products training at regular intervals
- Develop & implement service communications, promotions & enhancement programs
- Monitor & measure service providers’ performances & standard level
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree holders in Electronic Engineering with minimum 3(three) years relevant distributor support experiences preferably in laser printer vendor(s) level
- Self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as a team member
- Good knowledge on computer applications, pleasant personality nd good interpersonal & communication skills
- Male are preferred with age maximum 35 (thirty-five) years old
- Willing to travel occasionally within Indonesia and/or abroad
