IT CRM Executive
Responsibilities :
- Establish and manage functionality deliverables from Vendor
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services covering system application development and management for core business and management support units.
- Collaborate constantly with business management units of various organizations to identify and address end to end IT application system requirements
- Perform project management functions for the development, provisioning , and implementation of applications systems
- Analyse front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Perform gap analysis between package delivered functionality and client's requirements
- Map client requirements with CRM application functionality identifying creative work around when necessary or customizations/custom development
- Min Technical Bachelor Degree (IT / Telecommunication)
- Having Siebel (eCommunication) experience minimum 2 years as developer and business analyst
- Experience in Siebel CRM implementation and/or operational (min 1 year)
- Strong exposure to Oracle database and PL/SQL
- Strong exposure of Java and Integration middle ware (i.e. webmethod)
