IT CRM Executive

Responsibilities :

• Establish and manage functionality deliverables from Vendor
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services covering system application development and management for core business and management support units.
• Collaborate constantly with business management units of various organizations to identify and address end to end IT application system requirements
• Perform project management functions for the development, provisioning , and implementation of applications systems
• Analyse front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform gap analysis between package delivered functionality and client's requirements
• Map client requirements with CRM application functionality identifying creative work around when necessary or customizations/custom development

Requirement :

• Min Technical Bachelor Degree (IT / Telecommunication)
• Having Siebel (eCommunication) experience minimum 2 years as developer and business analyst
• Experience in Siebel CRM implementation and/or operational (min 1 year)
• Strong exposure to Oracle database and PL/SQL
• Strong exposure of Java and Integration middle ware (i.e. webmethod)
