Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a support team, the NOC Engineer is required to resolve and provide customer to Network / Broadband / Telecommunications issues for customers based overseas in timely manner
- Conducting analysis on Network Technical Issues, Liaising with technical Support escalation teams in order to maintain optimum Network Up – time and minimize network downtime issues
- Responsible in network maintenance and provide some periodic check of the solution like the configuration’s solution implemented to avoid the problems occurs as small as possible
- Maintain the direct operations and security system to prevent some fraud in the network’s solution implementation
- Maintain the performance of the solution in the good conditions such as explore new software or new utility to update the network’s solution delivered.
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering ( Computer / Telecommunication ), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Fluent English and native Indonesian is a must
- Strong experience in level 2 customer support and trouble ticket escalation ( at least 2 years )
- Able to show network knowledge deeply, such as IP Networking, Routing ( Adaptive ) and Addressing
- Strong knowledge and experience in Routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, IPX, SMTP, TCP, RIP ect
- Hold a CCNA certification
- Support of multi-vendor routers and switches
- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude
