JD:
- Strong experience in VoLTE/ViLTE optimization
- Good knowledge on 5G Physical layer, Design principles- Strong knowledge on 4G with E2E call flows
- Responsible for developing metrics for KPI measurements for 4G/5G
- Responsible for creating weekly/monthly reporting dashboards for 5G, VoLTE and NBIoT
- Responsible for detecting any KPI changes and work to get them in the normal trend
- Parameter optimization to get the best performance from 5G/VoLTE in terms of customer experience
- DT Analysis for relevant technologies to find and troubleshoot issues degrading customer experience
- VoLTE KPIs including CSSR and CDR enhancement
-RAN network in order to get best performance from
existing and new rollout of 5G and technologies including VoLTE, ViLTE, NBIoT

[Job Description]
1. General Purpose
Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer and brings expertise to customer site on need basis.

2. Main Responsibility
• to provide network planning and performance / optimization services, according to the solutions portfolio, solves complex engineering problems of own technology area. Typically participates in reviews of own or neighboring projects;
• to perform technical tasks for customer projects according to project plan (with project manager’s guidance);
• to provide (if necessary) on-site support to customers in his field of expertise;
• to fulfill his dedicated tasks by keeping given timelines in accordance to the project schedules;
• to prepare and present proposal, solution or result presentations of his/her work to the project members or customer.

• Fresh Graduate, Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or similar from reputable University, preferable who has experience/ex-intern in mobile networks technology (2G, 3G, 4G)
