Network Engineer

Requirement :

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) in IT Communication from a recognized university.
  • CCNA / CCNP Certified.
  • Minimum 3 (three) years of professional experiences in networks area.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of current techniques, hardware capabilities and providing systems support administration, control, installation, implementation and troubleshooting of: TCP / IP (Subnetting, VLSM) and Routing Protocol (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) Implementation, LAN / WAN / WLAN / VLAN, Cisco Router and Switch, Wireless, VoIP, ACL, Multiplexer, Frame Relay, ISDN, ADSL, Route Filtering, PIX / ASA Firewall or similar firewall products, Bandwidth Manager, VPN, Wireless, PABX, Radio.
  • Understanding of cable installation LAN (data/voice).
  • Must be able to understand, and clearly relate to other members of the organization, technical manuals, software specifications, hardware principals of operations, and general methods of network systems operations.
  • Understand standard application: MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio, and Outlook).
  • Good command in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong in logic and analysis

“3G RF Optim Engineer”

Qualifications:

  • Male / Female

  • At least 3 years experience in WCDMA Optimization

  • Have strong WCDMA Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Air Interface and Protocol, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation)

  • Strong ERICSSON RAN in tuning and WCDMA network optimization with very good understanding of parameters & counters

  • Strong understanding of the counters in WCDMA and how these counters can be used to analyze and optimize the Radio functionality

  • Strong understanding and how to analyze and optimize of KPI’s (Drop Call, CSSR, SHO, ISHO SR, etc) Good Knowledge of all Network elements and their main characteristics

  • Strong experience in using (MCOM, TEMS investigation, TEMS Route Analysis, MapInfo, NEMO)

  • Ability to transfer Knowledge and presenting to customer

  • Independent, self-motivated & hard working

  • Computer literate & good interpersonal skills

  • Strong command of both written & spoken English

  • Must be willing to work overtime
